Answers to the questions I hear every week:
Do you take insurance?
Short answer: No. In order to provide one-on-one, expert level care, we are out of network with insurance companies. We do accept credit, debit, HSA/FSA cards, cash or check.
Long answer: Many of our clients pay for their sessions privately, submit their receipts to their insurance company, and are reimbursed for all/some of the cost.
To learn if this applies to you, contact your insurance company and ask about your “out of network benefits.”
How much do the sessions cost?
EVALUATION $225
Includes:
Thorough assessment
Explanation of findings
Initial treatment session (typically with hands-on manual therapy)
Home exercises or instructions
FOLLOW UP $180
Tailored differently for each client. Typically includes a combination of:
Hands on manual therapy
Specifically chosen exercises/ pilates reformer
Balance/Vestibular training
Progression of home program
How often/ how long will I need to come to PT?
Most often: Weekly
Because we are providing one-on-one, hands-on care, we typically only need to see clients once a week (rather than 2-3 times a week elsewhere).
In rare cases we will recommend beginning PT twice a week. We also work with clients every other week, or monthly, depending on the best fit.
How many weeks?
This varies greatly based on the client. Some people only need one or two visit (often people with dizziness), while others may come in for several months (such as those recovering from surgery).
In 2025, our average client attended 4 appointments.
Do you offer Telehealth?
Short answer: Yes. When we say “Bespoke” we mean it- we truly want to tailor our appointments to fit each client’s needs.
Long answer: We are manual physical therapists, meaning that we are highly trained in using our hands to help gather information and provide treatment.
If at all possible, our preference is for clients to come to our office for at least the first session, and then to schedule follow up appointments via our HIPPA compliant video platform.
(note: we are only licensed in the state of Florida)
Where is Bespoke physical therapy located?
We are in Downtown Winter Haven in the “Suites on Central.”
Once you enter The Suites, head to the second floor (via the stairs or elevator) and find suite number 225.
Multiple downtown parking lots are available close by, as well as the city’s free parking garage only one block away.
WHAT DOES “BESPOKE” MEAN?
Bespoke is just an adjective- it means “specifically made for a particular person or purpose”
One of our goals at Bespoke Physical Therapy is to be the antidote to the “cookie cutter” or “assembly-line” style physical therapy that has let so many people down. We tailor every session to best serve each client’s needs to help them meet their goals as soon as possible.
